Il y a maintenant environ 3 ans, mon Amie Simone m’avait emmenée visiter la Case à Manioc Ragald, au Lorrain, une visite que j’ai beaucoup aimé – comme tout ce que Simone m’a fait découvrir ici, en Martinique 💚. Lors de cette visite, une des propriétaires de la Case à Manioc, m’a gentiment offert une bouture de Manioc, que j’ai de suite planté dans un pot, en rentrant chez moi. Depuis, ce plant s’est multiplié, je l’ai re-planté à plusieurs reprises, et chaque fois que je le rempote, je prend le tubercule, meme si je ne l’utilise pas (je ne cuisine pas souvent! 😉 …) je le garde un moment, juste pour le plaisir, ou le donne à un/une voisine, et en meme temps je reprend la bouture pour faire pousser une nouvelle plante.
Donc, cette racine, que j’ai pris en photo l’autre jour en replantant une bouture, est “fille” de celle qui m’avais été offerte il y a maintenant 3 ans, à la Case à Manioc Ragald 💚🌿
