It tooks several days to complete the details with very thin ink lines; next step will be to take a very good photo of this work, and optimize it in the computer to create a hi-resolution file; and finally, last step: I will upload it and adapt it for my sites and shops!ย
Manioc Feuillage
Le Tubercule – Racine
Epluchage de la Racine, faite ร la main ร la Case ร Manioc Ragald (au Lorrain – Martinique)
Lavage & Rinรงage des Tubercules
Le Tubercule est passรฉ dans une Rape et il en sort ansi que dans l’image de droite
Une fois rapรฉ, le manioc passe dans la presse pour en extraire et รฉliminer le plus possible l’eau.
Aprรจs le pressage, il est versรฉ dans des rรฉcipient oรน il sera soigneusement tamisรฉ ร la main (video ci-dessous)
La Farine est ensuite tamisรฉe, toujours ร la main, mais ร l’aide d’un tamis, pour rendre la texture plus fine
Aprรจs avoir รฉtรฉ tamisรฉ , elle est versรฉe dans ce rรฉcipent chauffรฉ au feu de bois, oรน elle sรฉche tout en la faisant sans cesse tourner avec ces bras mรฉcaniques, qui empรจchent la farine de bruler. Elle sera ensuite tamisรฉe une seconde fois pour obtenir enfin le resultat ci-dessous
Farine de Manioc. Aprรจs avoir รฉtรฉ tamisรฉe une seconde fois, voici la Farine prรจte ร l’utilisation
Voici la Farine, le produit fini et confectionnรฉ
La prรฉparation des Kassav (Cassaves) avec la Farine de Manioc ainsi obtenue
Et enfin….. dรฉgustation!!!! Un vrai rรฉgal ces Kassav!! on peut les avoir avec de la chiquetaille de morue, ou bien ร la confiture de Goyave, etc, etc, etc…!!!ย

Dernier effort pour assurer la continuitรฉ de sa descendance, au-delร de cette pรฉriode รฉreintante tant pour les hommes que pour les arbres.
A tel point que les ivoiriens ont un proverbe trรจs imagรฉ pour รงa, que jโai appris grรขce au blog de Cannella (Sea, soap and sun)ย :ย ยซย Quand le flamboyant fleurit, le blanc dรฉpรฉritย ยป.
